Registration & Payment
- Presenter: One [1] registration covers one [1] paper submission ONLY
- Non-presenter: One [1] registration covers one [1] person ONLY
- Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late fee will be automatically charged. An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered valid until it is fully paid.
- All bank charges are borne by the participant
- The same registration fee applies to oral and poster presentations.
Early Bird Fees
Early bird rates are only applicable to those who register and pay in full before 15 July 2026 at 12. 00 AM (GMT Time). Please note that should the payment not be received in full by the appointment deadline, participants will be charged at the NORMAL RATE and will have to complete the remaining balance following the normal registration fee rate.
Student Fees
Students will receive a special discount on the STACLIM2026 registration fee. Students need to send their valid student ID CARD during registration. Failing Failure to do so may result they required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.
Discount Fees
Presenters who present more than one paper are entitled to a discount. Kindly contact the conference secretariat for more information.
