Final Camera-Ready Submission (For Springer Only)

The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera-ready paper before it can be published in the Staclim proceedings in order for your paper to be successfully included in the Staclim proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:

SUBMISSION CHECKLIST :

STEP 1: FORMAT YOUR PAPER

  • Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template in Word. Download the template
  • Size and Length: A4 Size, 6 to 10 pages including figures, tables and references.
  • Citation Guidelines: Please note that Springer Proceedings in Earth and Environmental Sciences follows the Reference Style APS, Citation Style Numbered and Numbering Style ChapterContent.

STEP 2: THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS PERMISSION

If your manuscript includes content that is not your own original work (or material you previously published elsewhere), you must obtain permission to use it before publication.

This includes any text, figures, photos, lyrics, poems, screenshots, or social media content from the internet, books, theses, or articles.

High Risk Material: Pay extra attention to identifiable people, logos, trademarks, agency images, and interview transcripts.

It’s a good idea to begin the permissions-clearing process as early as possible to avoid delays in the publishing process. You may also need to negotiate with rights-holders if they do not meet our requirements. It is crucial that the rights you obtain are sufficient to cover the rights you have granted to us as the publisher under your publishing agreement.

Please upload your approved third-party materials permission document(s) into EDAS under the designated Third-Party Materials Permission field before submitting your final paper.Ìý

STEP 3: REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Complete the registration with payment first, beforeÌýuploading the paper revision into EDAS. For detailed information on fees and payment methods, please refer to the STACLIM REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

STEP 4: DESIGNATED PRESENTER

You must assign the designated presenter for your paper in EDAS before submitting your final camera-ready files. To do this, log into EDAS, go to your paper page, and use the designated “Presented” field to select or add the author who will be presenting the paper at the conference.

STEP 5: COMPLETE THE COPYRIGHT FORM

All submitting authors must grant Springer specific permission to publish. Corresponding authors must download the Copyright Form: , fill in the chapter title and author names at the top, and sign it.Ìý

STEP 6: UPLOAD THE COPYRIGHT FORM

Upload your completed and signed agreement form from Step 5 into EDAS under the COPYRIGHT field.

STEP 7: UPLOAD FINAL PAPER

Upload your final Camera- Ready paper to EDAS .

STEP 8: UPLOAD FIGURES

Compile all your manuscript figures into a single .zip OR .rar file and upload it to EDAS under the designated FIGURES field.

Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)

Plagiarism & Similarity Rate: The similarity index of your paper MUST BE LESS THAN 25%.

No Later Changes to Authors: The author details (sequence, names, and affiliation of the corresponding author) given in the Copyright Form must be final and match the manuscript exactly. Because this is a legal document, no changes can be accepted at a later stage.

Failure to follow any of the instructions above may result in your paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
