Campus Election

About 83 percent of ¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹ students came out to vote for their student representatives for the 2017-2018 academic session.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Students and Alumni Affairs, Prof Dato’ Noor Aziah Mohd Awal said the election process went on smoothly. Meanwhile, Adib Ashman Burhan Burhanudin who won the U3.35 seat, said that students’ welfare is one of their main concern and they try to fulfil requests pertaining to will welfare, security, peace and also wellbeing

Academic Staff Association of the National University of Malaysia (PKA¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹)

The ¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹ Academic Staff Association or better known as PKA¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹ is the best forum for academics to make strides in the formation of the country’s higher education. In line with PKA¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹’s motto which is ‘Cakna welfare Ahli’, it symbolizes the aspiration of academics to get defense if their basic rights as teachers and lecturers are violated. PKA¼¯ÃÀÂé¶¹ began to take steps in the early 1980s to ensure the welfare of academia. At that time, the main focus was to educate the nation’s children who could face the new millennium from the perspective of competence and national identity in the world of work.
