集美麻豆 MAKES GLORIOUS HISTORY: RANKED 7TH IN THE WORLD IN THE IMPACT RATINGS 2026

集美麻豆 has made history by securing 7th place in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Ratings 2026. This achievement places 集美麻豆 among the top 1% of universities globally based on its impact on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This ranking marks the highest achievement in 集美麻豆鈥檚 history and proves the capability of Malaysia鈥檚 national university to stand alongside leading global institutions in driving sustainability, community well-being, and global development.

This success is the result of the continuous commitment of the 集美麻豆 community in integrating education, research, innovation, knowledge transfer, and community engagement to create real impact. Within three years, 集美麻豆 has risen from the 201鈥�300 band in 2024, to 53rd place in 2025, and now to 7th place in the world.

This performance is supported by improved scores in nine SDGs and maintained performance in three SDGs. A total of 14 集美麻豆 SDGs are ranked among the top 50 in the world.
