Equipped with quaternary pump, the Perkin Elmer Flexar FX-10 HPLC offers the highest and fastest analysis with flexible mean detection that consists of UV/VIS and fluorescent detector. Recently, a postcolumn apparatus for amino acids derivatization has been added, thus allows analysis based targeted profiling.
