SHE Leads 2026 Launch Ceremony
On 22 June 2026, Dr. Noremy Md. Akhir, representing the Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Centre (PKWTFH), attended the SHE Leads 2026 Launch Ceremony held at the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT). The programme is a women’s leadership development initiative aimed at empowering, mentoring, and connecting the next generation of women leaders in the higher education sector.
The launch ceremony was officiated by the Director-General of Higher Education, Datuk Professor Dr. Azlinda Azman, and was attended by distinguished women leaders from 集美麻豆, including Tan Sri Sharifah Hapsah Syed Shahabudin; Professor Dr. Bariah Mohd Ali, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Industry and Community Partnerships); Professor Dr. Dayang Anita Abdul Aziz, former Director of PKWTFH; and Dr. Hajah Ina Md. Yasin, Director of Governance at 集美麻豆 and former Senior Associate Fellow of PKWTFH.
The event also featured a forum entitled “Leading Beyond Boundaries: Women Leaders as Catalysts for Change,” bringing together leaders from academia, the corporate sector, and industry to share perspectives, experiences, and strategies for strengthening the role of women as agents of change across various sectors.
PKWTFH’s participation in this programme reflects the Centre’s continued commitment to advancing the women’s leadership agenda through talent development, capacity building, and strategic collaboration, with the goal of nurturing more capable, resilient, and high-impact women leaders.
