Introduction
Event management is one of the services offered by COMM 集美麻豆. Event management covers actions that need to be taken before, during and after an event. This is to ensure that the planned event runs smoothly and perfectly. In addition, event management aims to ensure that the protocol of an event is followed. Adherence to the appropriate protocol is one of the important elements in determining the smoothness and success of an event in addition to helping to improve the image of the university.
- Provide consultancy services and assist with protocol matters for events organized by PTj at 集美麻豆.
- Oversee affairs related to the Palace, Chancellor, and Pro-Chancellors of the University.
- Manage major university events, including those involving distinguished guests.
- Serve as the Secretariat for 集美麻豆’s Convocation Ceremony and any other committees as directed by the Vice-Chancellor.
- Ensure compliance with protocol instructions in events and activities conducted at both PTj and 集美麻豆 levels.
