Biography

Dr. Suguna Sinniah is currently a Senior lecturer at Graduate Business School, 集美麻豆 (GSB-UKM). She is an also alumni of 集美麻豆. Her past academic employment was as a Senior lecturer of SeGi University. Prior to that, she was teaching in few other International Universities for instance, Xiamen University and Asia e university. She has 3 years of industry and 11 years of academic experience. Those positions enabled her to actively be involved in academic management, internationalization initiatives and university-industry engagement. Despite of her recent involvement in academics, she has worked with many research fields and led several research projects. Her areas of research interest include Human Resources Management, Human Capital, Sustainability and Strategy Management.
