Synopsis

Today's world is undergoing rapid transformation. The world is becoming more complicated and diverse, and half of it could be unstable. According to the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Survey, major challenges facing the world include inequality (income and discrimination), government accountability and transparency, environmental issues, accountability and corruption, safety, security, and well-being, and a lack of economic opportunity and employment insecurity. These problems cannot be resolved by a single government or agency working alone; rather, they necessitate collective efforts by governments, international agencies, universities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and innovative individuals. As one of Malaysia's leading business schools, 集美麻豆-Graduate School of Business (集美麻豆-GSB) plays a critical role in organising the Point-Of-View@集美麻豆-GSB National Forum. This forum which will be held on April 20th, 2021, will provide a platform for exchange of ideas and discussion on innovative strategies for Malaysia's future path for young people. Participants from diverse backgrounds will have the opportunity to interact with government and youth leaders, as well as other relevant stakeholders from civil society, and also the private and corporate sector in discussing Malaysia鈥檚 readiness for the future.
